Hello, Email Aptitude
I’m excited to apply for your Graphic Designer position!
As an experienced designer, I’d love to be a part of your team to design engaging and effective email campaigns for your clients.
I know the importance of your services. Email marketing is imperative for all consumer driven companies. It creates brand loyalty, promotes engagement and converts to sales. I have specific email design experience. I'd like to build on what I already know and help companies get the results they're looking for.
I’m confident I can do this job well and be the next member of the Email Aptitude family. Here's why…
I have extensive experience in design, production and concept development. I’ve been employed as a Graphic Designer for over 10 years working on online and print campaigns. I’m a focused self-starter who always meets deadlines and am passionate about my work. I work well within a team and know that communication is crucial. I take direction well and can apply feedback quickly.
I identify with your company values – particularly positivity, integrity and respect. Because a company is only as good as it's people.
As you’ll see in my resume and portfolio below, I have worked for a variety of companies, large and small. Some of the larger brands include TiVo, Bliss, TimeToSpa, and DivX. I've worked at agencies and for myself. I know I can apply my various skills to benefit Email Aptitude.
If you give me the opportunity to speak with you on the phone, I can prove what an asset I can be to the design team to improve and grow your company.
I appreciate your time and hope to hear from you soon.
My Unique Advantages:
I’ve worked remotely from my home office for 6 years.
I’m a letterpress printer. I restored my 1956 Heidelberg press that weighs over 3,000 lbs. I lovingly call it “The Beast”.
My family. I want my two daughters to see their Mom enjoying her work, being driven, continually learning and improving, and having a badass career. “I’m not a regular Mom, I’m a cool Mom.”
Fun Facts About Me:
I was born in New Jersey, grew up in Louisiana, lived in California for 8 years, and just moved to Texas. Hey y’all!
I love any kind of dress-up theme party, singing duets with my husband (we both sound absolutely terrible), and painting with my toddler.
I was named after an actress in the 80s that was on the TV soap, One Life to Live.
I read this job listing and immediately told my husband that I found my new job!
